ATM CARD INFORMATION

With your Housatonic Teachers FCU ATM Card, you can make cash withdrawals up to $400 per day at any NYCE, Cirrus or ACCEL/Exchange ATM worldwide. Additionally, you can use your ATM Card for Point of Sale transactions at participating Merchants.

This convenient service allows you to access your account for up to $600 per day

in purchases as pin-based transactions, which may include cash back. A pin-based transaction is when you select Debit and enter your pin.

You will receive a receipt with each transaction using your ATM Card. You should record this amount in your checkbook. All purchases and cash withdrawals will be listed on your monthly checking account statement.

If your card is lost or stolen, please call the Credit Union at 203-378-7503 during office hours or after hours at 1-800-554-8969.

FEE SCHEDULE

The Credit Union will allow 4 free withdrawals per month. After that, you will be charged $1 per transaction for that month. There is no fee for Point of Sale transactions when you sign a sales slip rather than using a PIN.

Because the Credit Union does not have an ATM, you will be charged a surcharge for use of another institution's ATM. On our Website, www.housatonictfcu.com, we have a list of 7-Eleven stores in our area that will not charge our members any surcharge. Also, if you go to the ATM/Debit Card page on our website, put in your zip code and click “GO”, you will get another list of ATM’s with no surcharges at area stores.

If your account overdraws from the use of your card, we will transfer funds from your savings account for a $2 charge. If you do not have funds available, we will charge you $10 and you will need to bring in a deposit to bring your account current within 24 hours. There is a $10 charge for a replacement card.

BE SURE TO SIGN THE BACK OF YOUR HTFCU ATM CARD WHEN YOU FIRST RECEIVE IT.
